Product not given as per advert on Shelf
Good day,<br> <br> On 27/11/2015, i noticed the Price of R29.99 for Sunlight Washing Powder and by this Advert the 2KG Sunlight Auto Washing Powder was kept<br> <br> Went I went to pay for this item, they told me it was not for the Auto but for the Hand Washing Powder.<br> <br> Nowhere on their instore advert did they state that it was only for Hand Wash, Is Auto Powder not Washing Powder???<br> <br> I emailed PNP numerous times but it seems they dont value customer satisfaction, or could even give a darn as they are yet to provide me with any positive feedback.<br> <br> How long does it takes to investigate?<br> <br> Very poor service indeed<br> <br> Regards<br> Pravesh

At this stage I am really not worried about the product but the terrible service received, Still to date no one from PNP has called me. Has your service levels really gone to low??
