Product expired more than 2.5 years ago

I went to morningside to buy groceries and purchased a bottle of hot english mustard. When i went home and had some i realised there was something off with the taste and colour, then checked the expiry date. This product was expired in 2013.<br> I am pregnant and this mustard made me ill!!! I am so disgusted how pick and pay did not remove this product from the shelf years ago, surely there should of been some quality control checks in place.<br> This is now so inconvenient to have to go all the ways back to morningside for 1 bottle of expired mustard.<br> Ridiculous!
