Product contamination.

I shop at pick n pay garden route mall western cape George. Buy my groceries every week. As usual there are items I regularly purchase, such as pick and pay yogurt, ets I opened a pick and pay brand packed by dairy bell, I found an object in the yogurt. I took photos of object with the yogurtbar code date packed ets, contacted pick n pay and without making a fuss about it just said, what iI found and that who ever packs the yogurt , to notify them about the finding so that it doesn't happen again.after Mark of pick n pay contacted me and said that they will take it up with dairy bell, and that they will come back to me, well I had to contact pick and pay garden route mall George Western cape to ask them what's going on have they contacted the company who packs for them there yogurt brand , someone else spoke to me and was very rude. He said he wil tel Mark to contact me.Its a couple of days now, and there I'm still in same boat no one contacted me from pick n pay.it just tell me that they don't care about health and safety when it comes to there products, haccp down the drain , and no care about there customers and a bad whe don't care attetude towards the customers.
