Product complaint

I have made online orders with Pick n Pay in Queensburg, today I ordered some savanna that comes with an extra 330ml free and I ddnt get the free one and I understood at first, then I ordered the second one and still the free one didn't come, I'm not to heavy on the fact that I didn't get the free one but if they advertise stuff like that and I order according to their adverti*****t and I don't get it TWICE then obviously I will get a bit missed,I did try calling but the lady that answered the phone was so rude!! And I work in a customer service environment so when I call spme in customer service no matter how ****ed off I am I will try to be polite at first so I can get a resolution but that lady was down right rude from the beginning
