Product Complaint

Good Day Pick n Pay,

I'd like to bring the concerned to your attention. I bought a 6L box of 1L cartons of milk @ the Pick n Pay Maponya mall. I'm not happy with the product. Each box turns off within a week of being kept in the fridge. This is the full cream, long life . UHT Process milk. The milk is still within the best before time frame, but has an awful taste. Milk is expensive and to have to deal with a product of this nature is disappointing. I now have 2 unopened 1L liter boxes... 2L liters that are used halfway and another 1L I had to throw down the drain.
