Processed Mozzarella cheese

<p>I bought two parcels of what I thought was Mozzarella cheese. I bought some last week and it was very nice. This weeks ones was very soft and very closely resembled what i would call processes cheese. It was too soft to even grate and when it was melted on the pizza it was was almost gel like. I dont think its nice to sell processed cheese disguised as authentic mozzarella cheese makes me question pnp s ethics</p>
