Priced to go fruits

I bought fruits at PICK n pay lifestyle center, the fruits were rotten, my son hasn't been well he ate some before I was aware and discarded them.

It happened again a week ago where the cheese went off within a day, are these priced to go or sell them rotten we don't care.
