The shelf price clearly indicated Mrs. ***** Original Chutney (470gm) as R37.99 per bottle, and below promo price indicated a saving of R13.00 per bottle when swiping my PnP Smart Shopper card. Upon arrival at the counter when querying the R13.00 saving vs actual R8.00 saving, we were astounded by the lack of empathy and store knowledge of the so-quoted pricing policy.
