Price increase

To whom it may concern<br> <br> Please address urgently. Last week i went into the Ottery branch Pic 'n Pay to purchase a washing machine (Samsung 13kg top loader silver). The machine at that time was about R4499 I was going to purchase the machine cash that very day but was told by Susan that Tevin had kept the last 2 for other customers which i understood. I then told Susan to take down my contact details so if anyone cancelled i will come in to purchase the machine. Today my wife walks in, finally gets to speak to Tevin (who was not there at the initial inquiry & arrangement ) only to find that the 2 machines are still there which were booked and now that exact machine is R5299. <br> <br> Please advise way forward as I still want the machine but I am not willing to pay the marked up price because it is not my fault they did not call me back.<br> <br> Thanks in advance<br> <br> Jawaad Davids
