Price differs from newspaper promotion than to in store promotion.

Good day Our experience was that there was a catalog of a promotion but the in store prices didn't match,we only realized the price difference at home,we went today to query the price but we were told to call head office because they can't help us,apparently the promotion on the newspaper was canceled hence they couldn't reimburse us the price discrepancy.
