Prepared and Fast
Yesterday I contacted the Beacon Bay branch via email regarding a large amount of cashback I needed. Sharon van der Byl emailed me back in a timely manner and told me I can speak to Zanele - the fronline supervisor. I got to the store yesterday evening and went to the customer info. I spoke to Zanele and quick-quick she assisted me with my request. I actually got the impression that they got the money ready for me before the time. Fantastic customer service and that's why Beacon Bay is my favourite Pick 'n pay branch. Thank you very much for making one of the preparations for my holiday away so easy and hassle-free.
