Prepaid electricity
On the 4 th of December I went to PicknPay Midway mews to purchase prepaid electricity, when I got at the till the cashier asked for my meter number, I called it out and then she asked me if it's in Germiston, I said no I stay in midrand and then I called the number out again, after that she just printed it without asking me again. I then took it home because I assumed it was right this time, when I got home I entered the token number 3 times it wasn't going through, that's when I realized that it might be wrong again, when I checked it said city of erkurhuleni and I stay in midrand. I went back to the shop, they said that it was my fought and that there is nothing they can do about it. So I didn't want to argue with them , I just went and bought another one for R150 and left. After 2 days I went again to try and get my money back because I am sitting with prepaid electricity for R150 of which I don't even know to whom it belongs to, when I tried with the supervisor she still said it's my fault but will try and see if I can get half of the money. Up to now I still haven't heard anything from them it's about 3 weeks now. Please assist me in getting my money back , I am a single mother of 2 who is trying to make ends meet and R150 really goes a long way. I have been buying prepaid electricity for the past 6 years and this has never happened to me before.
