Pregnant women queue and pick n pay‘s response

I wrote a review about my experience at pick n pay. They decided to respond privately, and their response wasn’t satisfactory..

Pick n pay is not remorseful about my experience. They did not apologize for what I went through, being having to stand on a queue while heavily pregnant. They did not even ask me if that had any impact on me or my baby or of there’s anything they can do to make me feel better about my experience. The only thing they said was that a pregnant women queue has been created. I was at the same pick n pay the other day and still I was told that there’s no special queue for pregnant women.

I am not happy with their response. It was as though they are doing it for procedure. It is well known everywhere that pregnant women should not be allowed to stand on queues. Their employees are clearly not trained for such things as they were clueless on how to deal with my request of not standing on a queue. But in their response none of these things as well were mentioned.
