Pregnant woman treated unfairly

I went to Pick 'n Pay at East Rand Mall last weekend and was so disappointed at the cashier. First of all she forgot to ask me if I had a smart shopper card and when I gave it to her she said it was too late. When she was done scanning my groceries she called the next person without packing for me. I asked her to pack for me and she said "We don't pack for people at the express tills". I literally begged her to pack for me cos I'm heavily pregnant ( which is so evident ) and I was so tired. Only then did she pack for me :-( Pick 'n Pay should really copy Woolworths' style of training cos when I shop there the cashiers are well trained and friendly and they know customer service .
