P+P *****s from customers.

What a nightmare. P&P towers in Boksburg a couple of weeks ago had a sale on some of my regular shopping items. I thought great, because I was actually about to go and buy these items from Checkers. Everything on special was at full price but discount received when your card was swiped. I got to the pay-point and was told that the P&P system was down. No discount for the day as cards could not be swiped. They will refund us into our card accounts they said, that was three weeks ago and still nothing. This led me to the conclusion that p+p does not care for it's customers at all. About R400 has been taken by p+p and the so-called refund is not happening, staff at towers do not know where to put their heads customers are totally pee d off but the p+p response is complete silence. you are *****ing from your customers and this better stop.
