P&P Smart Shopper - Inside Job ********s

I do not know who works on the inside, but you are a bunch of ******. A while back on the 25-08-2025 (Pick n Pay Moruleng Mall) my smart Shopper Points were used with OTT Voucher by cashier Welemina Moselane, I was unable to get hold of the store, and contacted head office, they allocated the coplaint and my points were loaded back on my card on the 22-09-2025, then on the 23-09-2025 (Pick & Pay Family Oakdene) the same method of transaction was done again by cashier Nomfesekofayi. Why are we saving the funds on the card for ourselves, as I use mine towards the needy to buy necessities to donate, when there is clearly a bunch of ******* employed by P&P. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM PICK AND PAY AGAIN, MY FAMILY AS WELL AS EXTENDED FAMILY AGREED TO NO LONGER SUPPORT P&P AND OUR SMART SHOPPER CARDS ARE DISCARDED. My receipts are luckily mailed to me so I can show anyone how rotten they clearly are from the inside.
