P&P Knysna

We have received the most terrible service at P&P Knysna. We ordered a birthday cake and a platter with a dozen of mini sausage rolls on Sat 24 Nov for pick up Mon 26 Nov. It was very busy in the store as it was Black Friday weekend. My friend had a operation in her leg and can't stand very long. She asked the manager if they could please help as as her leg is cramping. He refused, my friend then said we will leave the store and go to Checkers where they always assist as they know about her leg. Then he reluctantly helped us with a snotty comment "Don't come shopping on a Sat when it is this busy". The cashier at the till was also very rude. As Monday arrives I go to them to pick up the platter, sausage rolls and cake as ordered. The cake was expired!!!!!!! And they did not write down the order for the sausage rolls. Very rude deli staff, and the manager did not even make a effort to come and apologize in person, he sent a deli staff member to tell me sorry we cant sell you the cake because is was past the sell by date. This is unacceptable!! P&P Knysna will NEVER see me in their store again.
