P&P does not see persons in wheelchairs as customers.

After complaining about the fact that I could NOT get to a ti;; with my wheelchair - I received a notice from P&P to the effect "We are tending to this matter within our management teams" and that was it. I have no idea what P&P has done about my complaint and I am NOT interested to go have a look as P&P has made it VERY clear that they do NOT see persons in wheelchairs as customers. !!!!!
