POWER CUTOMER SERVICE

Good day<br> <br> I have been a fan of the store until today because of one of your employee by the name of Mpume. <br> I gave her some lemons to measure for me and she completely ignored me. She was just talking with one of the staff members until I asked her to assist me as I'm pregnant and I need to go home and use the bathroom. She didn't even apologize, she just responded by saying that it wasn't her that made me pregnant. <br> <br> I was really upset at her response and then even after the manager jimmy arrived she still didn't apologize. She told me that 'you customers always think you are right'.<br> <br> I cannot believe that there is such a rude staff member wearing a pick and pay uniform and representing the brand. <br> <br> I spoke to a senior manager Peter and he advised that he would speak to his staff member and get to me as I had requested an apology. Till today the manager has not gotten back to me and I had no apology. As a result though I live in Lakefield's and the shop is opposite boomed area where I live, I would rather drive to pick 'n pay Boksburg to use my smart shopper card and my discovery healthy foods card. <br> <br>
