Pour service
I had a problem with PnP ****arney Mall and i escalated the matter to PnP customer service on the 16 July 2020. They promised to give me feedback within 5 working days. today is the 3 August 2020 still no feedback from customer care.
I left my stove in ****arney Mall for repairs since then i do not have the stove to cook and it seems as PnP doesn't care about it. i have been patient enough now. i need this sorted by 6 August 2020. if PnP can not fix my stove then they must give me a refund.
here is the reference ***

17 Aug 2020, 09:23I have just received the call now from Langalakhe in Killarney PnP.
He is telling me that I need to pay repair costs.
This is now irritating me.
When will I get my stove back? Will PnP fix my stove or not?
