Potential Card ***** - Moruleng Mall

Today, 06/08/2016 at 10:50, I made a card purchase at Moruleng Mall and I was assisted by Olebogeng. She assisted me by swiping my card and I entered my pin code. While I was waiting for the transaction to complete processing, I realised that she was copying my card card number onto the slip that suppliers retain. I looked supspiciously at her and without asking she said she was copying my card number onto the slip as my card didn't have a signature at the back.

I'm a professional accountant and I'm aware of credit card *****. I want management to tell me the following: whether Pick 'n Pay has new procedures of copying our card details onto the slips they retain or whether this is a potential card *****. If this is not a Pick 'n Pay new procedure, then I have the following questions - How long has Olebogeng been doing this and how many customers have been treated like this? Is she involced in ******** customers? What is Pick n Pay doing to ensure that customers are safe from their employees?

A personal response from Olebogeng would also be hoghly appreciated.
