Possible false advertising
Good day, I am trying to understand the brand match policy please - I have just called the call centre and they are none the wiser. I would like to know why some products are not included even though they are in the general categories provided on the website. I am looking at going to the ASA to determine if the mechanism is correctly / clearly advertised or whether it is misleading.
