Porr Service

On Monday 27 February 2023 I went to Bp on M44 in Beyers Park on North Rand Road. It was the Monday before price increase. I filled up my vehicle. Firstly it took almost 10 minutes to get service. Once I filled I gave my Smart Shopper card. The attendant said "sorry, its not working, come back to swipe it tomorrow". I called for the manager for a better explanation.I also informed her about the wait in service. The manageress tells me "well its PnP problem and you come back anytime and we will swipe for you whatever amount you want for points. In terms of service we have sufficient staff so I cant believe you had to wait" Firstly if I knew im not getting my points there, I would haver never filled there. Secondly, any amount to swipe, isn't that *****?. Thirdly, what a terrible attitude in terms of service.
