Porcelain dishes promotion at Pick & Pay - a total fiasco!
Pick & Pay recently had a promotion involving porcelain dishes, for which one collected stamps - 1 stamp for each R100 shopping., Without going into details, ( I am happy to if necessary) I was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that the store, after running out of stock, promised to call me to advise when the stock arrived. Not only did I not receive a phone call, but I only received my dish after 7(!) visits to the store. Promises and undertakings were not kept; communication with customers was scant and unreliable; the attitude of the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. And this after spending thousands of Rands at Pick & Pay to collect the required number of stamps! What a disappointment!

19 Sept 2019, 18:35Good day Sharon ,
Thank you for choosing Pick n Pay.
Please accept our apologies for the delay in response and any inconveniences caused to you.
This promotional offer was while stocks last as per the T's & C's however our hyper store managers did make arrangements to get more stocks of the product for their customer.
Due to it being an imported line, they are unable to advise on an expected time frame of the delivery.
We view this incident in a very serious light, we are busy addressing this with our management team.
We value you as a Pick n Pay customer and are committed to improve continually on our service levels.
Kind regards,
The Pick n Pay Team
