Poos managment planning

P... poor planning on managment. Advertising specials with 3 ietms bought together. More than enough of 2 of them and none of the 3rd with staff not even knowing what it is or where it will be. How can you not plan well for a special?. If its one item then that means there are many more during the year that people have not received due to poor planning. If it was weeks or so after the special started pr even few items left of the other 2 products. Then I would have understood. I have a choice of checkers, makro and spar thats the same distance as this pick n pay. Manager needs to make beter choices.
