Poorest Service in history

What a shame Pick'n'Pay. I ordered via ASAP at 9:28am today, and the time now is 16:14, and I still have not received my order. I spoke to 5 consultants telephonic ally and a 6th consultant via email. All 5 consultant on the phone promised to call me back and never did. The last consultant I spoke with shouted at me forcing to shut the call and said they would call back but never did. I have been serviced poorly before but this level of poor service I don't even know how to describe it. I just want my money back nothing else, just my money back please.
