I have only given a 1-star rating as I can not leave a 0-star rating! Ordered over R4.5k of basic groceries as a gift for my mom, there was 1x bottle of Gin missing, not in any of the bags, the Driver took photos before he left, but as my mom did not have time to check the entire contents of the shop, she was unable to highlight/flag this with him. I have now tried to get hold of Pick n Pay on multiple platforms to resolve this (WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Website) to not have any meaningful response if any… Pick n Pay messenger service have told me that they will pass this on… This has been ongoing since the 19th of this month, yes 10 whole days with no real commitment from Pic n Pay to resolve. Looks like I will be taking my business to Woolworths for all future shops (which have been doing but thought I would try Pick n Pay). Disappointed is not even close to the experience of dealing with you.
