Poor Support for Pick Pay Electronics
AIM Software Update I bought a 50" HD LED AIM TV in 2022, and I would like to update the TV's software but I'm unable to find anything online. The TV does not play most video formats. It's quite annoying really.
Does anyone know where I can find this? Or which other manufacturer's TV software I can use to update my TV?

05 Dec 2024, 09:55This is really poor service. Pick and Pay are just money grabbers. They sell products and cannot support the products. After calling, emailing and texting a few times, I still cannot get help to resolve the issue. It has been over a month since I started trying to resolve the issue. Still nowhere near resolving the problem. Really disgusting service.

The AIM brand if TV is a risky buy as the TV cost over R5000 after hunting down the service provider by calling 15 different supposed support numbers given by PNP, I am now told that the TV is faulty and cannot be repaired. IT is obvious from the non-response form PNP that they are just money grabbers and have no intention of respecting their customers.
