Poor Support and client service!!!!

They don't give you driver info on the app, the drivers don't even call you - they take forever to reply but if you text cancel my order it happens immediately without them trying to resolve your issue nor do they deposit your money back immediately.. we have been waiting for an order from yesterday till today.. and today their driver ****s up and we suffer.
