Poor slow lazy service delivery
What an shopping experience at Pick n Pay Tygervalley today, their service delivery is so poor. After shopping, going to the till point, no11 cashier A/F, I put my items on the tillband, 5 bunches of beautiful flowers first, so it can't damage, then I start packing other items to be scanned. A/F Cashier not very fast, after numerous times I tell her she can start to scan, with the slow not interested body language, she don't stand up to get hold off items to scan, but let the band start running with a speed, and there all my drinks fall on my beautiful flowers, she carries on while I'm so angry, while I'm upset. She takes the damaged flowers, 1st bunch and start putting the price code in, not facing me while I'm upset and speaking of what just happened, suddenly an A/F client behind my cashier, starts speaking in her language to my cashier, not long a few of them starts speaking in their language, incl a C/ForA/F Manager, as I understood, just looking and not intervene to ask what's going on, where's client service. No this whole time everything happens, the A/F cashier is still busy putting in the 1st bunch flowers scan code in. Thereafter I told my son and mother, lets go, we don't need this stores products, while getting all Pick n Pay stuff out of my trolley, pushing it through till point to leave, the A/F cashier picked up my 2nd bunch of flowers, and starts typing scan code in, not even seeing that we're leaving, because she was so slow lazy and involved in the other language gossips. While we walked out of shop, cashier till 11, still busy putting in the 2nd bunch of flower scan code Where's service delivery, I recall 29years ago, on school and cashier, we had a time limit to finish a client's groceries Where did service deliveries go and best of all, all Pick n Pays have this poor service delivery. To see a friendly face, is rare to find at Pick n Pays
