Poor Show PNP Rosmead

I generally buy bread and rolls for our group of restaurants daily at Pick N Pay in Strand Street Cape Town . I found the service there great n the bread products good without exception. On Wednesday afternoon I found myself in Kenilworth so I purchased my bread and rolls at PNP Rosmead Ave. I didn't notice anything un toward until I unpacked my purchases the next morning. One of my breads had been nibbled by a mouse. I tried to contact PNP telephonically but to no avail so I emailed them . I got an automated response from them but no contact since. Being an Executive Chef myself I deal with people daily and thought PNP would have reached out to me regarding my complaint. Perhaps they are doing too well to worry about the R600 I spend daily on my bread n rolls and dont need to re-assure me this was an isolated incident ....but anyway I suppose I could take my business to Woolies or Checkers
