Poor Service,,not the first time!

On Sunday,21/07/2024 i wanted to drop a aprcel at Pick and Pay Aramex for delivery to Durban. The Aramex counter did not have any packets! I was told to check at the cigarette counter who had no packets!and told me to check at the information counter.Its now the third counter,

They also had no packets! and throughout my experience,not a word of apology! Why do you offer services that you cannot fullfill? This is not the first time that I experienced at Pick and Pay Ottery ! You really need to train your staff to offer better service to customers.
