Poor servicefrom the store
I went to pick and pay giyani and u queued on the kiosk terminal as the store was busy with ling queues as i was having small basket with 9 items thinking it will be quick for me ,i was told only allowed to pay 5 items,and i had to leave the other items since i wouldn't go join another queue,am surprised by management decision to allow customer to leave the items that would add more turnover jut to comply with such stupid rules.i had to go shop the items in another store
