Poor service quality, poor management

Money time I've been sent a cash sent I can only Redeem at pick n pay but guess what the tellers don't have R500 saying it's too Early they don't keep money on premises.

I escalate the matter to the acting manager which they showed me on Floor Mrs Hettie who didn't even share a glimpse into my case and said if the tills don't have money don't have money. My question is why does Pick n Pay cash send if I won't get money when I need it.?

I have never had such disgusting service from a store in my years of living..!!!!!!!
