Poor Service - PnP Panmorama - Malburton

Good morning,

It is with a heavy heart that I write this email to you. Based on my experience I am not expecting any response as nobody seems to care at this facility. On Saturday the second of November at around 13:15 I went to this facility to get myself some biltong and chips. The lady serving me, I think her name is Busi weighed the biltong and wrapped it with a cling wrap as usual. I had purchased two packs of biltong. When I got to that till. One of the packs had a not price and the lady removed the wrap to check just in case the pack was folded with the price tag. There was none, She then requested the other lady (packer)to go ask to a prose and after some time she came back saying Busi refuses to re weigh and issue with the price. I then went to her with the packer and she still refused to weigh the packages saying that it is impossible and where di ai the prize to? She actually refused and told me that I must tell her what I did with the prize as she will not weigh the package again. She literally refused to weigh the package saying I must tell her what I did with the prize tag. I then called the manager and she instructed her to weigh the package, mind you when I asked her to weigh she told me that she will not until the footage is checked and the security and management are here. God only knows what for. Yes finally after 15-20min I got assistance.

Now is this how PnP treats its customers? Insinuating that we are here to ***** biltong by removing the prize tags? I was very offended that someone sees a ***** and not a customer in their facility. Raymond Ackerman (MHSRIP) was my “mentor” and I read tow of his books “ Hearing the grasshoppers jump” and “Four legs of a table”. These tow books made me fall in love with PnP and I always refer to them when doing presentation at my work. That is why I am so angry with the treatment I got from you and your facility. I would appreciate if something can be done about this matter and a written feedback be given to me. I have had a lot of complaints about this facility and I defended it until it happened to me. She represents PnP and if this behavior is not corrected then we are in trouble as a country.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Michael Mokale
