Poor service PnP ASAP

I am very frustrated with PicknPays ASAP service. First I had to wait for 3 hours for my order be delivered, today my order says undelivered and my app says it was accepted by mistake (wrong house),and the shop doesn’t pick up the phone when the call centre phones them. So my order got cancelled, now I have to wait 3-7 working days to be refunded. I am not in a position to wait for a refund. From now on I will only use 60/60 as mistakes gets rectified immediately.
