POOR SERVICE PNP ASAP

Hi, am highly annoyed, on the old App i had a balance of R290, this was returned to my old bank account without prior acknowledgement. surely your have the customer contract details to inform them, my FNB ACCOUNT was over drawn by my ex and now i have lost the R290. WHY WASNT THIS TRANSFERRED TO THE NEW APP?? EVEN AFTER Complaining NOT A CALL From THE AGENT
