Poor service PnP ASAP

Pick an paid my order at 16:15. Delivery time 17:30.Order was ua dinner. At 17:00 delivery time was changed to tomorrow 10:30. Phoned call centre, lady promised still coming today. No delivery was made. This is not acceptable. Need to make another plan for dinner this late.
