POOR SERVICE - PnP

Absolutely appalling service from Pick n Pay.

Today, I placed a special Mother’s Day order consisting of a bouquet of roses and chocolates. Only the chocolates were delivered. The flowers, which were the main part of the surprise for my mother, were simply omitted without any consultation, explanation, or attempt to obtain my consent.

This is not the first time this has happened. It is the second time Pick n Pay has failed to deliver items I specifically ordered, and each time they make decisions on behalf of customers without bothering to communicate. That is unacceptable.

To make matters even worse, when I contacted the supervisor at Pick n Pay Scottburgh Mall to address the issue, he was shockingly rude and unprofessional. At the end of the call, he called me a b****. It is disgraceful that someone in a supervisory position would speak to a customer in such a vulgar and disrespectful manner.

This is not an isolated incident. On a previous occasion, I ordered a teddy bear as a gift and it arrived filthy and discoloured, covered in dirt. It was embarrassing and completely unsuitable to give to someone as a present.

Pick n Pay has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of care for its customers. They seem more concerned about protecting their image than taking responsibility for the disappointment and inconvenience they cause.

The service is unreliable, the quality control is poor, and certain staff members, particularly the supervisor at Scottburgh Mall, display unacceptable behaviour.

If you are considering placing an order with Pick n Pay, I strongly advise you to think twice. Expect missing items, poor communication, substandard products, and disrespectful treatment when you raise legitimate concerns.

Pick n Pay needs to take immediate action to address these ongoing failures before they lose the trust and loyalty of even more customers.
