Poor service pick n pay Limpopo mall

I got the worst experience in pick n pay Limpopo mall 1. The floor manager had no name tag on 2.No Express till was opened I went to pick n pay Limpopo mall to buy bread n found the store packed to the maximum, ques were snaking inside the store I had no problem because I thought to myself m only buying bread n will pay @ the Express point to my surprise no Express till was opened and only a few cashiers were on duty. I tried to raise my concerns with the floor manager who had no name tag on and he pointed me the office and because I waited for an hour in the que I had no time to go to that office
