Poor service pick n pay assp thornhill

The pick n pay asap at thornhill on Polokwane I don’t know why they call it asap because I waited 3 hours before I decided to drive to the store and get my groceries which i paid delivery for .. and my groceries were just there no driver no asap workers but the app kept on saying processing
