Poor Service: Pick and Pay...

I recently bought a leg of lamb from pick and pay asap. I recieved the order only for the expiry date to the 6th December 24 and the purchase was done on the 4 December 24. Now I was not going to use the leg of lamb this week. This is after knowing how many kids have died from expired food. When I called their customer service department I was told that they will fetch it and will credit me and then I must go to the store to buy it again. I ordered online so I don't have to drive to a store. They literally behaved and spoke like they where doing me a favor. I told them to fetch the item and provide a cash refund so I can go to checkers to get it. They still have not contacted me and provide me solutions. Checkers is the way to go...no wonder pick an pay is in financial distress. Poor service and extremely poor customer service.
