Poor service on refunds and support.

Product out of stock. Made a wallet refund. Didnt go through. I send 6 emails. I send 2 messages to pick n pay. Ive spoken to 2 support agents. After 4 days the only made a refund. Normally it happens the same day. Now I have to wait another 10 days. Only 1 agent followed up. The rest of the tickets there was no response. Will not. make use of PnP again.
