Poor service of Vincent Picknpay East London

On the 5 October 2023 I deposited my R2500 at Picknpay Vincent branch until today the amount doesn't reflect on my account and Nedbank confused to me that there is no deposit was paid to my account. I went to Picknpay Vincent branch first the lady unprofessional Yolanda didn't even understand how to follow up that deposit she emailed the slip to head of Picknpay the matter was treated as like they have issue with Nedbank system payment it will be sorted until today nothing. Yesterday I went to speak to branch manager he promised to contact me after escalated the matter no head office until today he just answer me today after I asked him for the outcome. He gave me the name of jade from head office still giving me same **** that the money was cleared to my account which is a ****
