Poor service of Pick n Pay asap

On 24 December I ordered groceries from asap. My order was cancelled from asap's side. I had to resubmit my order later on the day and it was only delivered on Christmas morning. As I am at home with a foot injury, I am not able to drive and needed the groceries to prepare for Christmas day. Today 5 January I ordered groceries again. The order was received at 14h00. I have guests and need the groceries to offer them even some coffee. As I am used to the service from Checkers sixty60 I ordered using the money that was in my wallet. The original delivery time was 15h30 to 16h00. It then changed to 16h00 to 16h30. It then changed to 16h30 to 17h00. It has now changed to 17h30 to 18h00. This is disgusting service and you people really need to improve your service delivery. I will be telling everyone that I know that they should not use your service. I thought that by now your customer service had improved and that I could order from you, but this is the last time that I will make that mistake
