Poor service is an understatement

The store lacks customer service, at month end during peak time and only a limited number of till are open. It takes you 30 minutes just trying to pay for two items when the so called express tills only have one cashier and the other two are focused on SASSA client, and the rest have no cashiers. Even the tills opened have no sense of urgency, its like the mentality is of "no-one complaints" so lets take it easy. This Pick n Pay@ Protea Glen Mall does tke us as customers seriously and i have to say am beyond upset with the service given at that store. Even shoprite has better urgency than this store. Very much disappointed.
