poor service in online shopping

Pick 'n Pay's online shopping is a bad experience. An item I bought and paid for a week was not delivered with the rest of my shopping. It's been impossible to get a response out of them - they're "experiencing high call volumes" and advise you to send an email. But a week later they still haven't refunded my money. Now I want to cancel my current order, but there's no way to do that.
