Poor service from the shop , caused by poor supervisor and poor trained security guards

Very bad service from the shop , even supervisor on the floor was a mess when security lady threatens me as if I m a ***** , whilst I bought the product s , I log a call to customer *** , they took , 1 week to get my email till now didn't get any call from them , being accused of *****ing it's not good to anybody , I'm the manager next to this shop , sometimes I'm scared to get to this PnP Woodmead retail park , because its like a continuety of this from this shop and the grocery that I bought ended refunded from the customer service , it wasn't my intention to get the refund because when you get to the shop to buy , it means you really need the product , supervisor Nosiphiwe from the shop didn't act as supervisor , didnt protect the PnP hyper Woodmead Johannesburg as Im working next to them , this was a very sad day to me , it's like ongiing thing because it happens also less than a week when I send one of my staff to get few things of the shop, will never ,ever comment to anybody this PnP hyper at wood mead Thank you
