Poor service from superior

Shocking, terrible customer service i got from front line supervisor her name is Vuyo.On Sat the 5th went to pick n pay Philiphy Junction,we que for 45 min when we got to pay cashier called supervisor to tell us cards are not working they only taking cash.I then ask why did she only tell us now what about the time we waisted, supervisor then reply I don't know,get out of the line and go start onother que at the back..just like that.emagine old people in the que aswell she didn't care n just left us like that.i ask why she only tells us this know?her unswer was I'm alone here that's why I'm only telling you know.Such desrespect I then left to Pick n pay promenade.if she is treating customers like that Infront of stuff members,what is she teaching her stuff.
