Poor service from Pnp Bottles
Poor customer service and no answer or feedback. My order arrived in the pouring rain. 5 brown paper Bags left in the rain drenched...all 5 bags broke when I went to get them, groceries fell out the bag...had to lift and bring items up to my flat that has stairs. So much so that I lost an item form the bag that broke. Waiting on a replacement for that item. I have had a previous poor encounter before and am not one to complain but enough is enough.

30 Aug 2021, 12:36Still no reply or response. Keep on getting automatic reply keeping me on a string. This has frustrated me and inconvenienced me tremendously. I am so disappointed. Thought that of all companies PNP was better than this.
